Hey man. Love the live LA comedy support, and I will be checking your site often now. Anyway, just wanted to give you a head’s up about a weekly show that has some of the best line-ups in LA, but could use a larger audience. It is called No Name Comics, and it is a Room 5 every Sunday. Brad Stewart promotes the show, and he brings the best comics out for his shows. Anyway, here is the line-up for Sunday, just to give you an idea:
    No NaMe CoMiCs @ROOM 5
143 LA BREA 2ND FL. (SOUTH OF BEVERLY)
    LOS ANGELES, CA 90036
    THIS SUNDAY MARCH 16 @7PM
NO COVER – FULL BAR – DINNER AVAILABLE

    THE LINE-UP:

ANDREW NORELLI (From Comedy Central’s Website: “Andrew Norelli has performed with Jay Leno, Dave Chappelle, Bob Saget, Howie Mandel, Garry Shandling, and Kevin Nealon. His humor is part social commentary, part random absurdity. He is at times offensive, but always with comedic intent. Andrew’s family is from New York, but he was raised in California. He is a perfect blend of East and West Coast mentality. His stand-up can be seen on Comedy Central’s ‘Live at Gotham.'” He’s taping a spot on “The Late Late Show” on Monday and is going to run through his set on Sunday.)
    ..

ILIZA SHLESINGER (In the short amount of time Iliza has been doing stand up she has appeared on the E! RYAN SICKLER (From Livecomedyla. com: “This guy is just my favorite…you know that by now. He’s a friend…and a good guy…but Fuckin’ A he’s funny. He had a great mixture of old jokes and new material…which I love. I always want to hear the favorites…but I want to see what he comes up with next.” Ryan has appeared on “The Late Late Show” on CBS and “Live at Gotham” on Comedy Central. Sunday he will be preparing for a Montreal “Just for Laughs” festival showcase so it will be his Fuckin’ A game.)

CHRISTINA PAZSITZSKY (Christina is a regular at the Laugh Factory, The Improv, The Icehouse, and many venues throughout Los Angeles and around the country. CARLOS KOTKIN (From his myspace page: “…I worked in the hardware department of Sears for a time, despite not knowing anything about tools. Some other things happened and then I started doing stand-up comedy.” Since quitting Sears Carlos has gone on to perform his comedy at such venues as The Icehouse, The Comedy Store, and The Improv. As a stand up comic, Alex’s uniquely silly yet clever style has a universal appeal which prompted Now Magazine to ask, “Why isn’t Alex Nussbaum a star?” At one point, the Canada TV People gave him his own hour-long nationally televised Comedy Now stand-up special for CTV and The Comedy Network.
